CGPV is accepting applications to fill it's central leadership position. 
Title:  Executive Director
FTE:  This is a part-time,  year round position, approximately 500 annual hours with a busier schedule Mar-Aug.

Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES

Programming and Board
  • Work in partnership with Board, Planning Teams, Program Coordinator and all staff and volunteers to plan and implement all programming.  
  • Coordinate the Dream Team-- scheduling meetings, putting out the agenda
  • Hire, Supervise, and assign work to the Admin. Assistant
  • Act as primary contact for the organization
Financial
  • Put together the yearly budget-- assure payment of bills, invoices and reimbursements and update the budget monthly in coordination with the Treasurer
  • Report to Dream Team with Treasurer
  • Manage the Paypal account
  • With Treasurer, submit Oregon and IRS required reports and fees
Fund raising
  • Assist Fundraising Team with grants and fundraising
  • Assure completion of reports to sponsors and grantors
Publicity and communications
With assistance from the Dream Team, Program Coordinator and Admin. Assistant   
  • Upkeep of the website, formstack, dropbox, and emails
  • Upkeep of mailing lists and mailchimp account
  • Newsletters and blog posts and social media
  • Parent and volunteer communication
  • Spanish speaking preferred.
Programming Logistics Support
  • Update applications and registration forms and monitor when open
  • Coordination with partners such as Mosier School, St. Francis house, etc.
  • Approve and implement scholarships
  • Coordinate Staff training and communication with counselors (with Camp Director, Program Coordinator, Lead Counselor and others)
Job Type
This is a part time job, 500 hours per year with a busier schedule during the Spring and Summer seasons.   The job is based in the Columbia River Gorge and requires work from home and flexible scheduling.   Compensation dependent on  experience.

Camp Week Duties (August 6-11, 2018)
    •    Communicates with Parents through email news and letters as needed before, during and after camp
    •    Ensure that safety is maintained during the camp.
    •    Supervise Lead Counselor, Counseling and Childcare Staff
    •    Participates in planning and implementing Staff Training
    •    Guide staff and volunteers in participating successfully in all aspects of camp activities.
